Level 3: Improver – Confident with a sewing machine and ready to start making clothes

This structured six-week course is the perfect next step for anyone ready to move from small projects into garment making, now featuring brand new pattern options.

The course is structured in three stages. Week 1 covers the essentials: body measurements, reading pattern envelopes, choosing the right size, and selecting appropriate fabrics. Weeks 2 and 3 you’ll sew a simple top, choosing from one of our beginner-friendly patterns.In weeks 4 to 6 you’ll make a pair of elasticated waist shorts or trousers.
