Working closely with Henry to translate his ceramic forms into woven fabrics with perpetual appeal, deeply sumptuous embroideries and weaves rich in texture come to the fore, layering interiors in irresistibly tactile designs that sit at the intersection of our design worlds.

Ridley depicts Henry’s use of the Nerikomi technique in a striped cut velvet. The concept of Nerikomi is to form natural layers; here, Ridley presents a linear form of the Nerikomi process.
