A beautiful lightweight Cotton / Nylon Grosgrain; the tight weave and nylon content gives the fabric a water resistant quality making it great for outerwear for showerproof spring-time makes (we’re thinking either a Merchant & Mills September or TN31).

This would also make up beautifully as a chic shirt (Modern Sewing Company’s Classic Shirt) or structured Skirt (The Assembly Line’s Elastic Waist Maxi Skirt). The subtle sheen, smooth surface and crisp handle would be a great way to elevate every-day makes and create a contemporary feel.
